Northern Beaches based charity Fighting Chance has been given a fighting chance of its own with a $20,000 grant from Balgowlah RSL. The not-for-profit organisation provides opportunities for people with disabilities to train them for work, and assists them to find gainful employment. Money from the grant will go directly to its Work Experience programme. CEO Laura O’Reilly said grants such as this are a “real game changer” for the Frenchs Forest organisation.
